- Who is Rabbit Marketing Services and Netword?
Rabbit Marketing Services, LLC, a privately held company involved in Internet marketing, advertising and security, is the exclusive licensee of Networds, an Internet advertising concept. The Rabbit Marketing corporate offices are located in Woodland Hills, California. Rabbit has dealerships throughout the United States. - What is Netword advertising?
Netword advertising is an Internet institutional advertising program developed to supercede all other Internet advertising. By purchasing the exclusive rights to a Netword, the purchaser/advertiser's live website will appear along-side qualifying major search engines, qualifying websites, or from the address bar whenever a user conducts a search. As the first, largest, state, regional or national advertiser to appear whenever a search is conducted, Netword advertising is designed to deliver thousands of potential buyers to an advertiser's website at less cost than many other forms of advertising. - Why should I lease a Netword?
A proven, patented technology, Networds are geo-targeted; they represent premier ad positioning to coincide with top, major search engine searches for each customer's specific and exclusive Netword choice; they are user-friendly and they are price-based on actual use. Every customer owns the rights to his choice of Networds for twelve months, with first right of refusal for renewal. - Is a Netword advertisement considered a pop-up?
Netword results are designed to respond to user demand as opposed to unsolicited and intrusive pop-ups. As such, they are not considered pop-ups. Rather, they are an immediate method to direct traffic and a real-time visit of a user to an advertiser/customer's website. This "user requested" Netword result exceeds the advertising value not only of bothersome pop-ups, but more importantly, of Search Engine Optimization, which competes for a particular placement, usually among the top 10 to 20 search results. A Netword advertiser/customer's website is displayed in half-page format to the right of the search engine search result, and as a whole page when the advertiser's Netword is used in the address bar. These results are delivered in all Netword-enabled Internet Explorer browsers. - Why is Netword advertising better than competitive advertising?
A Netword customer can target his advertising to a specific geographic audience on specific choices of platforms thereby maximizing advertising dollar result potentials. No competitor has this diversity or potential for results. Customers lease Networds on an annual basis. There are no usage fees and no pay-per-clicks. Netword customers also have the right of first refusal to renew. By retaining exclusive usage rights to words or phrases, customers retain critical advertising for their business. - How do Netword intellectual properties benefit advertisers?
The Netword patented technology delivers ease of navigation for end-users. For business advertiser's (customers), a Netword delivers a unique, unparalleled opportunity to have the business website displayed alongside the first listed placements of major search engine results thereby increasing exposure, return-on-investment, and market presence. This is an opportunity to effectively eliminate the competition. - Why utilize Networds as opposed to other products?
Netword advertising is fast moving forward to becoming a premiere advertising product for all businesses, be they "brick-and-mortar" or e-commerce oriented. As a user-friendly, dynamic navigational software, a Netword advertiser's ad appears as a full page ad when a search is conducted from the Internet Explorer address bar, and alongside the top search engine platforms when users generate searches. Just as Yellow Page users are attracted to the "first, largest, local advertiser" in the Yellow Pages Directory, Netword users will see the advertiser's Internet site prior to those of their competitors. - Why are Networds preferred over pay-per-click?
(1) Networds can provide an unlimited and repeat source of visitor traffic for a one time annual fee. This is not pay-per-click, where an advertiser is charged each and every time a visitor is connected to a website. (2) With Networds, visitors are delivered directly to a live website. There are no click-throughs or links. With pay-per-click a potential buyer must locate a specific site by reading a short version of the advertiser's services located among a long list of written descriptions of their competitors' sites and their services as well. This is just about as compelling as looking up businesses in the White Pages. (3) With Networds, ownership of a pertinent Netword is all it takes to ensure visitors are delivered immediately to the Netword advertiser's website, which is then displayed with all its data and graphics. (4) Networds are exclusive: they can only, logistically, be sold once. Your acquisition of a Netword locks it up and keeps it away from competitors. - Why lease Networds now, as opposed to waiting?
The lease prices for Networds are expected to increase as the Netword System grows in popularity, with lessened Netword availability, and with fewer geo-targeted locations remaining. Prices are anticipated to increase in line with a calculated, determined ROI for the product to maximize advertiser satisfaction. The final determining factors in price calculations include Internet market statistics from leading sources such as eMarketer.com, CyberAtlas.com and WordTracker.com. Netword basic advertising costs are calculated on an advertiser's selection of: i) search engine and e-commerce sites ("platforms"); ii) state, region or national coverage ("geo-target area"); iii) search word values, and; iv) Netword technology user applications. This provides diversity for users as well as advertisers and allows the advertiser/customer to focus his advertising dollars. This geo-targeting software is a value that is unsurpassed in any other natural language navigational system currently on the market. - How do Networds effectively enhance Internet exposure?
A Netword-developed advertisement produces a full page exposure of a customer/advertiser's web content or site home page when an address bar search is made, and a half-page window next to leading search engine (platforms) results, when search queries are made. Thus, platform Networds direct users to a specific advertiser's web site. This is not only point-of-purchase advertising at its best, but institutional advertising at its best, as well. Networds - offered nationally, regionally, or statewide, on a variety of platforms,- are priced to accommodate specific needs, audiences and demographics. Not only do Networds provide diversity for users, but they focus a customer/advertisers advertising dollars to maximize return-on-investment. Data gathered from the 2003 Neilsen NetRatings provide that Netword compatible search engines constitute from 83% to over 97% of the search Market. The Internet's largest auction site, e-Bay, has now been added to the Netword growing list of platforms for even greater flexibility and customer advertising exposure. Netword pricing, based on targeted requirements of the advertiser, can save advertisers thousands of dollars over-time. Businesses may pay far more for Search Engine Optimization placement in the top search engine rankings or for sponsored links in the major search engines. The value of yearly leased Netword advertising increases as resolutions increase (though annual costs are based on values at time-of-order) thereby enhancing the intellectual property of an advertiser's Networds. As values increase and advertisers have the first-right-of-refusal to renew, an advertiser's use of Networds continues to be unique and becomes even more cost effective. - Who is authorized to sell Rabbit's Netword product?
Rabbit Marketing has established strict marketing guidelines for the Netword product. Rabbit Marketing licensed dealers are authorized to handle the lease of Networds to qualifying advertiser/customers. - Won't There be Competition in the Future?
Just as McDonald's begat Wendy's, and with technology energizing entrepreneurialism, we have no false illusions as to the rapid growth of the ever evolving and competitive world of Internet marketing and advertising. Much the same as Networds are designed to emulate the first, largest, local Yellow Pages advertising, so also is the Netword product the industry flag ship, and as such, we fully intend to devote whatever resources necessary to remain the first, largest, local, national, international, and globally branded internet advertising product as well. The Netword patented, geo-targeting, advertising software is a value that is unsurpassed in any other direct language navigational system currently on the market, and while we welcome legitimate competition, those who infringe on our patents do so at their own risk. - What is the "Netword Agent"?
The Netword Agent is the software technology a user installs in moments to upgrade his browser and which enables him to perform enhanced searches. Technically, the Netword Agent is a Dynamic Loading Library (DLL) file of approximately 135 kilobytes.
Not only does the Netword Agent provide a user the ability to navigate the Web without www's and dot-coms, it provides the user a direct connect to qualified, select advertisers. - Can I remove the Netword Agent? Is it spyware?
Spyware is software that sends information from the user's computer without his knowledge whenever the computer connects to the Internet. This information is sent without the user's informed consent. It does not respect your privacy. The Netword Agent is not Spyware. The Netword Agent is an upgrade of your Internet Explorer browser. It is installed, first and foremost, with the consent of the user. It may be removed upon demand by accessing "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel. Further, the Netword Agent does not send any information, benign or otherwise, upstream to Rabbit Marketing Services LLC. We fully respect the computer user's right to privacy. - Which browsers can be Netword-enabled?
The Netword Agent is designed to upgrade the Internet Explorer browser releases which operate in the following operating system environments:
- Windows Vista
- Windows XP Professional
- Windows XP Home Edition
- Windows 2000 Professional
- Windows 98
- Windows 98 SE
- Windows Millennium Edition
- Windows NT Workstation 4
As of August, 2003 these browsers represented 81.9% of all browser-installed PC's. [Note: The Netword Agent will not upgrade any releases of the Internet Explorer browser that have been customized by third parties.]
Netword business clients receive visitors directed to their websites from Netword users who are among that current 81.9% of the browser market. Use of non-supported browsers by business clients on their own PC's does not interfere in any way with delivery of Netword visitor traffic to their websites. - How many downloads do you have?
Because we know that downloads are historic, that is to say, a computer user can download our technology today and discard his computer tomorrow, and because we know that it's impressions and resolutions that count, a better question might be: "Can I count on a significant current, and growing base of users to insure that my advertising will pay off?"
The answer is, of course! We're betting on it! And we're putting both our money and our reputation on the line to insure that it will. Historically, concerning consumer demand, the Netword product evolved from a consumer driven product in 1995 to a consumer/commercial product in 2003. Following the early Netword patents, Netword's natural-language- navigation tool produced hundreds of thousands of user resolutions. The Netword product has achieved exponential growth producing well into the multi-millions of user resolutions. Growth, however, is not being achieved by credibility alone. Plans to continuously increase user propagation include allocating 5% from all gross sales to promote affiliate partnering programs, banner advertising, download remuneration programs and dealership/customer introductions, among other programs. Any one of these planned methods of propagation could easily produce millions of users, and several are under way.
One last, and very important thought that directly relates to propagation: as Netword advertising costs are based primarily on usage, today's pricing is the lowest it will ever be. As we grow, so also will advertising results grow, and advertising values, and advertising costs. This all translates to point out the fact that, because pricing is currently at its lowest, this is the best time for an advertiser to secure his choice of Networds... for proprietary use not only today, but well into the future. Tomorrow, the Networds of choice may not be available. - How do I track visitors redirected to my website by Networds?
Your log analytics software, such as Analog TM , AWStats TM , NetTracker TM , Webalizer TM , and WebTrends TM, track visitors to your website from Netword users. There are CGI GET-style variables that are appended to the URL that automatically tell the Netword, the state, and the platform of origin. For example: A visitor from Virginia entering your Netword "broccoli" in the Netscape search slot would show as -
http://www.yourcompany.com?netword=broccoli-VA-netscape
or, a visitor from Kansas entering your Netword phrase "celery sticks" in the MSN search slot would show as -
http://www.yourcompany.com?netword=celery+sticks-KS-msn - Why would a computer user download your technology?
First, understand that it has been user demand that prompted the use of Networds to develop an easier, faster and more direct route to reach a single, reputable business a user can access when conducting searches through major search engines. Aside from consumer demand and the use of Networds as a commercial application, as a user employs the use of Networds to navigate the web - thus eliminating www's, dot-coms, and lengthy URLs the Netword technology provides the user a direct and immediate route to where he is going with far less confusion and in far less the time. And, if one were to say that our Netword's commercial application and its natural language navigation features weren't enough, then we ask you also be advised that several additional, and very interesting, user incentive programs have been developed which include (1) a national alert system that identifies with Amber, Terror, and Weather Alerts; (2) the use of free personal Networds that can immediately access personal and/or work schedules and frequently visited websites from any computer in the world; (3) a personal and free lifetime e-mail account (a user's home phone number if so elected), and; (4) Parental Control and I.P. Blockers... and these developing programs are only the beginning. - Can I resell my Netword to another customer?
Yes. Advertising rights are set-aside for whoever leases a Netword. The customer owns the rights to that word for one full year from date of paid order with a yearly first right of refusal to renew on an ongoing basis. If a customer wishes to resell their Netword to another party written consent is required. There is a USD49.95 fee per Netword to change the destination URL. - Is there a discount on volume purchases?
Dealers are not authorized to sell below Rabbit's posted Netword Current Price List (CPL), however, as automated increases in word costs are consistent with the growth of the Netword system, should a confirmed order be based on a CPL three or less working days previous, such "discounted" order will be accepted by Company. - We aren't big enough for this Technology.
Any company that has a website with products and services to sell has done so with the intent of increasing awareness and sales. Money has already been invested in the website and now a small purchase of Networds may help you to overcome the high cost of pay-per-click or search engine optimization. A one-time annual fee places your home page alongside leading competitors, competitors that can be overshadowed, on the top search engines. - What if my business is seasonal?
Advertising results are based on ever-present awareness issues: Who; What; Where; When; Why... a never ending barrage of issue responsive impressions. If point-of-purchase advertising is important in-season, then, institutional advertising is important off-season. No well thought out advertising effort should be absent of either, and Netword advertising is both... and more! Additionally, as Netword pricing is based on word usage, words selected and leased during off-season could capture the best annual rate. Example: "Halloween Costumes" may command a higher rate due to the amount of searches resolved in September and October, so try to establish the rate in March. The rate will more than likely be somewhat lower, perhaps 10%, 15% maybe even 20%. This savings adds up year after year. - How can I help myself -- and Networds--grow?
